Family Foster Care

Family foster care is the backbone of any children services placement program. It is our goal to recruit foster families in all the Pickaway County school districts so children who are removed from their homes can continue in their school, and close to their neighborhood. Our foster parents participate in our Family to Family initiative keeping open communication with the children in care and their biological parents. Our foster parents meet the third Tuesday of every month as a support group and receive training. Anyone from the community is welcome to attend to get a better understanding of the rewards of fostering. Click on FORMS to view our brochure for additional information.

Our foster parent coordinator will gladly speak with you about our program and answer any questions. Click on FORMS to complete an interest survey, or call 740-474-3105 extension 426 to learn more about the program.
