The JOBS One-Stop provides a single point of contact for a large group of job seekers in the area reducing the time and money for recruitment and hiring. Employers can post their jobs openings on the JOBS One-Stop job board, or our webpage at www.pickawayjobs.com. Because the One-Stop works closely with partner agencies and organizations the openings are distributed to all partners in a timely manner which is a free service that provides a diverse application pool for employers.
The JOBS One-Stop is a partnership of organizations and service providers in Fairfield, Pickaway and Ross counties who work together to assist people seeking work, looking for better jobs, or those who need training. Youth services are also provided to help those ages 14-21 who are in need of completing their education, finding jobs, training, or those who need assistance in basic skills to become self-sufficient. The JOBS One-Stop also assists employers who seek qualified applicants for existing or future job openings.
